It is wonderful with shellfish or oysters lightly chilled.

Description

The palate has a rich luscious mouth feel with flavours of honeydew melon and pawpaw. It has aromas of tropical fruit. No oak has been used giving the wine a lovely soft finish. A very refreshing wine well suited to the Australian outdoor lifestyle.
